The site collects the rotating bench of projects I tend to bounce between: tiny hardware builds, firmware, homelab ideas, automation, AI-assisted experiments, infrastructure notes, and tools that start as a very specific need at 1:00 AM. Some projects are prototypes, some are rabbit holes, and every so often one escapes into something finished enough to be useful.

I have spent a lot of time around operations, IT, troubleshooting, vendor wrangling, contracts, process messes, and the kind of problems that need someone to make a decision while everything is already on fire. That mix of technical work and real-world pressure is usually what shapes the projects here: practical first, a little overbuilt when the mood hits, and honest about what is still rough around the edges.
